What The Town Pros is

The Town Pros is a directory of local home-service companies in Western Massachusetts. Basic listings are free. Featured placement is paid advertising and is labeled. We do not perform home-service work, and we don't guarantee, endorse or warrant any company's work, pricing, licensing or insurance. Hire any contractor at your own judgment.

Listings

Listing information comes from public sources and from business owners. We work to keep it accurate but can't promise it is complete or current. Owners can claim and correct their listing.

Calls

Calls placed through numbers on this site may be answered by an automated assistant and routed to a listed business. Calls may be recorded, with notice at the start of the call.

SMS terms

• Program: The Town Pros listing and account messages.
• What you'll get: listing verification, updates about your listing, and replies to your requests.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no more messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP, or email theprimestrategy@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Paid placements

Featured and other paid placements are governed by the order form or agreement the business signs with us.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, The Prime Strategy LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from work performed by listed businesses.
